PLAN #1: PRE-PAYMENT

The first method of payment is to make one lump-sum payment in advance. This payment is fully refundable upon request, for any reason at anytime, less any charges for services rendered prior to the refund. There are several reasons that most patients prefer this method of payment:

Saves Money

By paying in advance you will receive a bookkeeping discount meaning you will be billed less per visit and will not be billed for any of your progress checks (spinal scans).

Saves Time

Because your payment for care is handled in advance, there is no need to stop and wait at the front desk to make payments each visit.

Better Results

Those patients who commit themselves to care by paying in advance tend to miss fewer appointments, follow through with their programs and are less likely to drop out of care than those patients that must pay each time they come in. Therefore, these patients usually get better results!

PLAN #2: PAY PER VISIT

This plan is for those patients who simply cannot afford PLAN # 1.  With this plan, the patient pays by the visit and is expected to pay in full for any service rendered on the day the service is performed. If extended health insurance covers chiropractic care, the patient is responsible to pay the entire fee for each visit, and submit their own receipts for reimbursement.
