Our Naturopathic fees are based on current Ontario Association of Naturopathic Doctors (OAND) guidelines. Prices are the same for Acupuncture visits administered by a Naturopathic Doctor.

Initial Visit

Naturopathic Strategy Session (15 Minutes)
Meet Dr. Katie and discuss your health goals. Ask any questions you may have about naturopathic medicine. Please note that naturopathic treatment is not given at these appointments.

Naturopathic Immersion Appointment
Take a deep dive into your health with Dr. Katie. This intensive personalized care is designed for graduates of the Tranquil Minds Program pursuing Tranquil Minds Mastery and can only be booked following a naturopathic strategy session with Dr. Katie. Visits typically take 4 - 6 hours.

Forms of Payment
We accept cash, Interac, personal cheque, Visa, and MasterCard.
Expectations
Payment is due in advance or after each office visit.
Extended Health Insurance
Visits with an ND are not currently covered by OHIP. However, most extended health care plans cover the cost of an appointment with a Naturopathic doctor. Be sure to check your policy as you may be able to reclaim the cost of your Naturopathic Care, in part or in full, and more effectively manage your options for Natural Health Care.
Missed Appointments
When patients miss appointments without proper notice, it negatively affects several people. You (the patient) miss out on treatment that is going to aid your recovery, but it also impacts the doctor who has reserved that time for you, and the person who could have otherwise been able to have that appointment for their care. As a result, patients that provide less than 24 hours notice for cancellation may be charged a Late Cancellation fee, and patients who miss their appointment all together, without notice WILL be charged a Missed Appointment Fee equivalent to 50% of the fee for the scheduled visit.
