Dr. Adele Tersigni is a proud Guelph local, a recent graduate, and a passionate chiropractor beginning her career at Norfolk Chiropractic. Raised in a large, close-knit family, she grew up surrounded by support, laughter, and a deep-rooted desire to care for others. Her interest in health and wellness began early - she even wrote in her Grade 8 yearbook that she aspired to become a chiropractor, a goal she's followed with unwavering dedication.

Dr. Adele completed an Honours Bachelor of Science in Foods and Nutrition at Western University in 2021, then earned her Doctor of Chiropractic degree from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in June of 2025. Over her years of study, she developed a deep understanding not only of the human body but also of how to genuinely support patients on their wellness journeys.

She has a particular passion for women's health and is committed to helping individuals of all ages live active, healthy, and balanced lives. Her care is rooted in a holistic, evidence-based approach that incorporates movement, education, and lifestyle strategies into each personalized treatment plan. She is also certified in Contemporary Medical Acupuncture (including electro-acupuncture), a designation she earned from McMaster University in April 2025.

Outside the clinic, Dr. Adele enjoys cooking and baking, practicing Pilates and yoga, lifting weights, spending time outdoors, and planning her next travel adventure - Capri, Italy remains a favorite destination.

Starting her professional journey at Norfolk Chiropractic feels like a meaningful full-circle moment. It was at Norfolk that she was first introduced to chiropractic care, almost 15 years ago. Now, as a team member at the very clinic that first inspired her, Dr. Adele is honoured and excited to help others feel their best - inside and out.
