Have you ever wondered why you can’t lose those extra pounds, even though you eat a healthy diet? The answer seems to lie in the relationship between metabolism and nutrition: specifically in understanding how your metabolism is unique. There’s no single “best” diet out there that will work for everyone because we’re all genetically and hormonally unique and the foods we eat affect each of us a differently. This means that the relationship between how our organs and glands function, how we process nutrients and toxins, how our hormones contribute to weight gain or loss, and the way we feel about ourselves are all factors that should be considered when working toward weight and health goals. Integrating this data with any known food allergies or restrictions, medications you may be taking, your blood type, your current weight and the amount of weight you want to lose, the results are analyzed and your personalized nutrition program is created, providing you with an easy-to-follow shopping list of your best foods to eat to boost your unique metabolism and glandular function!
